Blueberry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie has antioxidant-rich blueberries, moisturizing coconut water, and spinach for a creamy and nutritious breakfast or lunch. Vegan and gluten-free.  

If you've ever attempted making a smoothie on a whim, you know it doesn't necessarily taste great. 

Well, that changes today since this is a foolproof smoothie recipe that includes greens and blueberries, is the nicest purple hue, and is delicious! 

It's shockingly simple, yet has a delicious flavor and consistency. I reluctantly shared a few sips with Isaac, who described it as one of the best smoothies I'd ever prepared.  

That has some merit considering he isn't a huge lover of smoothies. Blueberries, sometimes referred to as a superfood, are low in calories, high in nutrients, and extremely beneficial to your health.  

They are among the most nutritionally packed berries. They are abundant in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins C, K, and manganese.  

Blueberry eating has been associated to reduced DNA damage, decreased blood pressure, lower risk of heart disease, and improved cognition.
