Greyson Allen leads Phoenix role players in balanced attack, Suns overcome Lakers late.

It's no surprise that a Big Three led the Suns Sunday.

Strangely, Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale, and Jusuf Nurkic played.

The Suns defeated the Lakers 123-113 in the fourth quarter after Allen scored 24 and Durant 22.

Allen and O'Neale made back-to-back 3-pointers to put the Suns ahead 116-104 with three minutes left

In one of his greatest outings, Nurkic had 18 points, 22 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Those three guys were the stars of the game tonight,” noted Suns coach Frank Vogel.

The Suns' Big Three—Durant, Booker, and Beal—have made 21 All-Star teams.

AS expected, they 've carried the Suns this season, but Allen, O'Neale, and Nurkic have strengthened the club.

Allen said playing alongside Suns stars has taught him to pick his scoring opportunities. One was Sunday.

“It's a little bit of a feel, but a lot of it is that I understand our team goes where (Booker, Durant, and Beal) go,” Allen said.
