Raspberry Chia Pudding

A delicious and creamy raspberry chia pudding that resembles raspberry cheesecake! Ideal for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack.  

I couldn't resist posting another chia pudding recipe for you! There are numerous flavor varieties. It's fun to be creative!  

Chia pudding is one of my favorite breakfast and snack options for a variety of reasons. It is extremely adaptable; it can be eaten for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack.   

It's also portable because it comes in a jar. I enjoy a good portable breakfast! But my favorite part about chia seed pudding is that it is so healthful.  

Chia seeds include omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, and a good amount of plant-based protein. They are high in nutrients but low in calories, making them a nutrient-dense food. Find out more about the health advantages of chia seeds.  

Chia seeds have a somewhat bland flavor, thus they absorb the flavor of the surrounding foods. I appreciate how adaptable they are, allowing me to experiment in the kitchen to create my favorite flavor combinations.  

With the crushed granola "crust" at the bottom of the jar and the creamy chia pudding with Greek yogurt, this raspberry chia pudding is reminiscent of raspberry cheesecake.   

If you want to take it a step further and add extra cheesecake flavor, mix in a small amount of cream cheese (approximately 1 tablespoon) to the chia pudding.
